Ayah (A Poetic Description)

Remember that old picture, ayah?
You were holding me in your arms
A child eager in a brand new world
And though I looked like I was slipping
Looks can be very deceiving
Coz I knew better then
That you would never let me fall

And now I am a young woman
Still eager though the world is aging
And I have certainly slipped a few times
But you're still the one who I cry for
No better father I could ask for
Coz I know better then
That you'll never ever let me fall.
