Jom!: Poet's Passport - Supernatural

Hello beautiful people!

Friday night tends to be the night for the Poet's Passport poetry peeps to organise their readings. I am going to make it a point to be there this time. Things always seem to pop up on a Friday but this time, it should be all good. Excited! Here are the details:

What happens when you have a supernatural encounter? WHO YOU GONNA CALL?
POET'S PASSPORT October Session
POET'S PASSPORT is a youth/student-led poetry gig. Featuring poets and writers mainly from the nearby communities, it is an intense and intimate experience that should be experienced by literatti and non-literatti alike. Originally founded by African students studying in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, POET'S PASSPORT has thrived beyond its humble beginnings in apartment living rooms into an international community, having chapters at Malaysia, Botswana and Kenya. These chapters are driven by alumni who came into their own on the POET'S PASSPORT's stage. POET'S PASSPORT has no other intention apart from providing a space and opportunity for poets and poetry-lovers to come together and experience poetry up close like never before, eventually getting their own "poet's passport" to spread peace, love and poetry.

Date: October 4th, 2013 (Friday)
Time: 9:00pm - 12:00 midnight
Venue: Minut Init Galeria.

Sounds pretty fun right?

I will be bringing along copies of Rhymes for Mending Hearts as well. You never know who might want some healing, right? :)
